PAVILION   12,000 sq. ft., seating for 600

Seasonal rates April-September 15th. Add 35% for winter rates; December 1st through March 31st.

Set-up and decorating are allowed on the previous day from 9:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m. if available (Cannot guarantee availability until 30 days prior to your rental).

 

BANQUET ROOM   2,000 sq. ft.

Available all year except September 15th through January 1st

BARN and BARNYARD Very limited space inside Barn. Ideal for food and/or snack set-up. Large Fenced in yard with bonfire pit and lawn. Perfect outdoor rural setting for special events

GROUNDS

Three Sisters Park has numerous festival fields, timber, and scenic areas available for rent. Please contact the park’s expert planners to price your custom picnic, reunion, corporate retreat or other package.

 

WEDDING PACKAGES - CHAPEL, BARN and OUTDOOR WEDDINGS

The Chapel can seat 110 guests comfortably. All traditional packages include decorations, and music. Minister and/or witnesses can be arranged for an additional fee. All packages provide chapel for maximum of 60 minutes unless otherwise stated.

Weekday Chapel Special

M-F 1:30-4:00 Bride, Groom, & 2 Witnesses $175.00.

Private Chapel Service

Bride, Groom, & 2 Witnesses $250.00.

Intimate Chapel Wedding

Bride, Groom, 2 Witnesses & up to 25 guests, $350.00.

Full Guest Chapel Wedding Package

Bride, Groom, Witnesses, & up to 110 guests $500.00 booked in advance. Available for 3 hours.

Outdoor and Barn WeddingsDoes not include decorations, setup or music.

You pick one of our beautiful outdoor settings - $750.00. Includes availability of the Chapel in case of bad weather.

Wedding and Reception Package

Combine any wedding package with your reception in the Pavilion or Banquet Room and receive 20% off rental fees and free use of the kitchen and coolers.

 

* Chapel and Barn Rehearsals Extra – add ½ the cost of the service and subject to availability


 

LABOR CHARGES

There is a base labor fee of $50.00 plus the prices below:

Picnic table setup, per table (40 available)             $7.00 ea.

Assembly seating - folding chairs                           $50.00

(Set-up and take down per 50 chairs or part thereof)

Table and chair set-up for 200 or less                    $100.00

Table and chair set-up for 201-300                        $150.00

Table and chair set-up for 301-400                        $175.00

Clean-up for up 200 or less                                    $300.00

Clean-up for 201-300                                             $375.00

Clean-up for 301+                                                  $425.00

 

If renter chooses to conduct event cleanup, a refundable security deposit of full clean-up price is required. Cleanup must be completed at the end of event and inspected by staff. Cost of any damages or additional clean-up will be deducted from security deposit. If the facility is left in satisfactory condition, the complete deposit will be refunded within ten (10) business days. Renter is responsible for any damages in excess of deposit amount.

 

 

 

BEVERAGES

DUE TO LIQUOR LICENSE LAWS ALL ALCOHOL MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE PARK.
