PAVILION 12,000 sq. ft., seating for 600
Seasonal rates April-September 15th. Add 35% for winter rates; December 1st through March 31st.
Daily rental (8 a.m.-Midnight) $1500.00-Weekend $1250.00-Weekday
Setup and decorating are allowed on the previous day from 9:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m. if available (Cannot guarantee availability until 30 days prior to your rental.)
Kitchen and Cooler use an additional $75.00
BANQUET ROOM 2,000 sq. ft.
Available all year except September 15th through January 1st
Daily rental (8 a.m.-Midnight) $700.00-Weekend $500.00-Weekday

BARN and BARNYARD Very limited space inside Barn.
Ideal for food and/or snack setup. Large Fenced in yard with bonfire pit and lawn. Perfect outdoor rural setting for special events

Three Sisters Park has numerous festival fields, timber, and scenic areas available for rent. Please contact the park’s expert planners to price your custom picnic, reunion, corporate retreat or other package.
You pick one of our beautiful outdoor settings - $750.00.
WEDDING PACKAGES - CHAPEL,
The Chapel can seat 100 guests comfortably. Minister and/or witnesses can be arranged for an additional fee. All packages provide chapel for maximum of 60 minutes unless otherwise stated.
Weekday Chapel Special
M-F 1:30-4:00 Bride, Groom, & 2 Witnesses $175.00.
Private Chapel Service
Bride, Groom, & 2 Witnesses $250.00.
Intimate Chapel Wedding
Bride, Groom, 2 Witnesses & up to 25 guests, $350.00.
Full Guest Chapel Wedding Package
Bride, Groom, Witnesses, & up to 100 guests $500.00 booked in advance. Available for 3 hours.
Chapel and Barn Rehearsals Extra – add ½ the cost of the service and subject to availability
There is a base labor fee of $50.00 plus the prices below:
Picnic table setup, per table (40 available) $7.00 ea.
Assembly seating - folding chairs $50.00 (Setup and take down per 50 chairs or part thereof)
Table and chair setup in Pavilion only $300.00
*Renter may choose to do their own setup of tables and chairs at no charge.
**If renter chooses to conduct event cleanup, a refundable security deposit of full cleanup price is required. Cleanup must be completed at the end of event and inspected by staff. Cost of any damages or additional cleanup will be deducted from security deposit. If the facility is left in satisfactory condition, the complete deposit will be refunded within ten (10) business days. Renter is responsible for any damages in excess of deposit amount.
DUE TO LIQUOR LICENSE LAWS ALL ALCOHOL MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE PARK.
