The future holds many additions to Three Sisters Park's living history development. The park plans to one day house an entire village themed after a Central Illinois agricultural community circa 1918. In addition to the farmstead and chapel already in place, the park plans to develop all aspects of the village including a blacksmith, general store, town square and more! Volunteers in period dress will play the rolls of the village's citizens and workers. The whole environment will be arranged so that visitors will be able to immerse themselves as completely as possible into the time of their forefathers. Plans are also in place to develop a visitor's center, an interpretive museum, and a restaurant.
